Coping with Grief | Brenda Kelso

A dearly loved member of our church family, George Young, died suddenly in late June after suffering from severe depression. George was known and loved by many people in his community and in wider church circles. We hosted this meeting to help those who knew him. Brenda Kelso has worked for many years as an Educational Psychologist and now does Biblical Counselling on a part-time basis. Her talk covered some of the myths surrounding grief and examined what helps and what hurts in the grieving process.
