The good thing about the past is that it has passed. The good thing about tomorrow is that it always brings new beginnings and new possibilities. Tomorrow always exists for you to do things that need to be done tomorrow. So let tomorrow bring you good news and good opportunities while you are sleeping and resting tonight. Lie down on your bed with the intention to rest. Once you put your head on your pillow, gently bring your attention to your breathing. With each breath, allow yourself to relax deeper from the top of your head. Feel the relaxation spreading to your forehead, letting go of any tension and taking you into deep sleep. As you breathe, let the relaxation flow deeper into your eyes, feeling them soften and begin to relax. You are relaxing deeper and deeper into deep sleep. You are resting comfortably and sleeping deeply. You will rest in this deep sleep until it is time for you to rise. Only then will you come out of your deep sleep, before that time, you will sleep soundly, relaxing deeper and deeper. All the parts of your body are now relaxed. Now, feel the relaxation deeper in your cheeks and jaw. Now, feel the relaxation deepen down to your neck and shoulders, relaxing every muscle. Now, allow the relaxation to go deeper into your arm. Feel them become heavy and relaxed. With each breath, the relaxation spreads deeper into your chest and back, gently soothing, feeling rejuvenating and calming every part of your body. Now feel the relaxation flow deeper into your abdomen, hips, and all your internal organs, Your lungs, your heart, your liver, your kidneys, your stomach, they all rest deeper and deeper. Your intestines, your blood vessels, relax, rejuvenate, and rest comfortably and happily. Feel them rest deeper and deeper. Every part of your body relaxes. Let it feel like someone is giving you a relaxing massage. As you continue to breathe, feel the relaxation in your legs, let your thighs relax, let your knees relax, and let your calves relax. You fall asleep, deeper and deeper, feel the relaxation in your ankles and feet, and let yourself sink deeper and deeper into relaxation. With each breath, you relax more and more, feeling comfort in a profound sense of peace and joy.
