Lifetime Deal Terms and Conditions
Welcome to JustCast! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the JustCast Lifetime Deal (the "Deal"). By purchasing the Deal, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview of the Lifetime Deal
The JustCast Lifetime Deal ("Deal") offers one-time purchase access to the JustCast Starter Plan for a single JustCast account. This offer is available for a limited time and subject to these Terms.
Starter Plan includes:
- 2 Podcasts
- Unlimited Episodes
- Unlimited Listeners
- 10,00 Minutes of Transcripts
- Custom Embedded Player
- One-Click Listener Access
- Listener Management Tools
- Sequential Feeds
All features are subject to reasonable use limits and may evolve as the product improves over time.
2. Lifetime Definition
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the JustCast product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. This access remains active as long as JustCast continues to offer and operate its podcast hosting platform.
In the event that JustCast discontinues the Starter Plan or the JustCast platform entirely, your access may be terminated at that time, without further obligation or refund.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
- The Lifetime Deal requires a one-time payment of $67 USD.
- Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
- After 7 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Account Eligibility and Usage
- Each Lifetime Deal purchase applies to one JustCast account only.
- You may not resell, transfer, or share your account or private podcast feeds with others outside your authorized listeners.
- Abuse of the system, including sharing private feeds publicly or attempting to bypass usage limits, may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Feature Updates and Support
Lifetime Deal holders will continue to receive access to:
- All features included in the Starter Plan at the time of purchase.
- Ongoing product maintenance, reliability improvements, and bug fixes.
- Customer support via email or in-app chat.
JustCast reserves the right to introduce new premium tiers or add-on features in the future that are not included in the Lifetime Deal.
6. Data Retention and Account Inactivity
If your account remains inactive for an extended period (e.g., no logins or uploads for 12+ months), JustCast may temporarily suspend storage-heavy data (such as media files or transcripts) to maintain system performance. You may reactivate your access anytime by logging back into your account.
7. Termination
JustCast may suspend or terminate your Lifetime Deal access if:
- You violate these Terms or our general Terms of Service.
- You misuse or abuse platform resources (e.g., uploading illegal content, excessive API calls, or reselling access).
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
8. Changes to the Deal
JustCast reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Lifetime Deal at any time for new customers. However, existing Lifetime Deal holders will continue to enjoy the benefits of their plan under these Terms.
We may update these Terms to reflect product or policy changes. Continued use of your Lifetime Deal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- JustCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in the Lifetime Deal.
- Your sole remedy in the event of a dispute is limited to the refund policy stated above.
